You must HOLD a booking on the Travelfusion portal. BMs and TMs have access to this and the passwords : https://ibe.travelfusion.com/user/login
Please ensure you select the option to Hold flight (not book) and select BSP as payment method.
Once you have the airline locator, you either phone BA NDC helpline or use the web form to get tickets issued
You call the NDC helpline if the ticket is instant purchase/ travel is in within 72 hours/ there is additional collection to pay

Please remember to check the original E ticket to see original fare paid and tax and remember to protect margins by marking up new fare as applicable.
Build a passive in GAL to send the client a CTP. Contact your branch project team member to add the new ticket into TP and bill out, ensuring the BSP voucher redemption TP process is followed
