Amending International rail is a manual process.
Once you have amended directly with the supplier you must add the new segment manually in Smartpoint changing date/time/route as applicable.
Example entry - 0ZZ999Y31AUGXBAZDJAK1/16302030 (Intl Rail)
Use ZZ as “carrier” code & 999 as service number if unknown or not applicable.
You will then see your original segment and your new segment, cancel out the original now in the PNR you should only see the segments needed.
Add notepad remarks detailing change and any additional charges.
Do not send to QC this is for our information only and so we can document the client’s bookings.
Retrieve the trip in Travelpower – copy original line and manually update new line with amended details and any additional cost.
