The flight has failed to book when the booker has initially attempted. TFX will make attempts to book the flight twice – this can take up to 6 hours airline dependant 

 

After this time Online Support will receive a message to advise the booking has not gone through (failed) or has gone through (passed). 


When the booking has failed the notification will show have this subject - Unconfirmed Booking - AIRLINE (TF Ref: BLAHBLAH) has Not Gone Through – (Example ticket 10853421)

Agent to check if client has made other booking in Gal, 

 

  • If it has so add private note with the Galileo Locator and close ticket. 

 

  • If not advise client of Flight Error received and offer to try to book requesting data capture requirements (check wiki)
