If you have locked yourself out of Gal, you’ll need to call the GAL Helpdesk to reset in Mitel called Galileo. You will be asked a CIBD code: 0567171 and your Pseudo, and they will instruct you how to reset.

 

If you are asked to reset your password as it has expired on Gal, once you log in as usual you be shown a reset password box on the right-hand side of Gal. You need to use the tab key (with insert switched off) to get to the space to type in the new password. Once you have typed in the new password, then press ENTER and this will save the new password.              

                                                                  

You can also email galileo.helpdesk@travelportgdshelp.com and provide them with your name, pseudo and Gal sign on; they will then reset this for you.
