Q/52 – opens queue 52 so you are now working in that queue

I – Ignores the booking shown on the screen and moves to the next booking in the queue

QR – queue removes the booking from the queue

QXI – Takes you out of the queue so you are no longer working in the queue

QEB/52 – Send the booking you are in to queue 52

QEB/78N/52 – Sends the booking you are in to queue 52 in a different pseudo

QW –Tells you which queues a PNR is on
